Dear parents,
As the participate of the Mann Center’s Access the Arts
program, our GHCS, will again have the opportunity to receive free
tickets and enjoy performance from world famous Philadelphia Orchestra under
the stars. This year, there are 9 concerts over 3 weeks. The detailed concert
information has been attached. Due to the limitation of tickets (limited 50
tickets per event), and the great popularity of this program, some instructions
for requesting tickets have been listed as followings:
1)
every family will grand maximum 10 tickets
total ( either in single event or multiple events), if available.
2)
the priority list is based on the time of your
request received.
3)
All your requests are needed to send to email address: shewu@yahoo.com.before 12am, May 23th, 2009. You
should indicate the number of tickets, and the number of concert. You can also
indicated whether you are interested in getting undistributed tickets later,
and your flexibility to get other number of concert.
4) Tickets usually will be
shipped to us at the middle of June, then, I will match your request and
send an email to ask you to mail a self-stamped and self-addressed envelop for
shipping your tickets to your home. You should send your mail to the school

If you don’t send your email response to confirm your request within 48
hours, your tickets will be automatically passed to the needed family. Any
request, asking for more than 10 tickets, will count for invalid request.
6)
The undistributed tickets will be processed based on the priority list.
All the tickets are not for sell.
Please use them wisely. These are “lawn seat” tickets,
probably cost about $10 per each. If you can’t get our free tickets, you still
