My Background

I love teaching and motivating students of all ages!

Growing up in China and coming to North America for graduate studies in 1989, I studied and taught (as a teaching associate) in Cornell University, the University of Alberta, full time teacher in Ithaca High School (public) and Harry Ainley private high school (I also tutored while I was teaching), taught chemistry in North China Institute of Space Engineering, and at the Education Center of Beijing Aerospace Institute of Material Sciences.

During the last three years I have been working part time as a private tutor, coach and consultant, especially for gifted and advanced students and their parents.
